Sundays are usually the only days I get to work on music. And its always oh so refreshing. Today I did more work on the hymns project. This one has been a lot of fun so far. My girlfriend sang the lead vocals. She's so freaking rad.
She is actually on the other side of the nation right now, so iChat and GarageBand helped us out. I sent her the mixed down Ableton Project. Then we used iChat's screen sharing so I could set up her GarageBand Project. I ran the session (across the nation) using Screen Sharing, recording the vocal tracks against the mixed down file. Then did the 'ol "Show Package Contents" and sent the vox files back over to me. Pretty cool. A big thanks to Steve Jobs and the Apple crew.
